Tar opptil 6 uker å fullføre fordi zellige-fliser krever håndverk, brenning og nøye plassering i fiskebensmønsteret. Hver flise har små variasjoner som skaper det autentiske utseendet. Smeijernsbasen sveises og ferdigstilles separat.
