ゼリージュタイルは手作り、焼成、そしてヘリンボーン模様への慎重な配置が必要なため、完成まで最大6週間かかります。各タイルにはわずかな違いがあり、本物らしい見た目を作り出しています。鍛鉄の台座は別途溶接され、仕上げが施されます。
